Today was a regular school day for us but before we went to our classes with our host brother/sister we had to introduce ourselves to the whole school. We had to say our name, age and grade, hobby, what we like about Japan, and what we want to do in Japan. Katelan said a speech to the whole school then Sean Sensei said a speech. After that we all answered the questions above. We were all worried and very nervous. Most of us had them memorized and some of is went up with a paper. Then they asked each of us questions which were kind of odd. For example what is your favorite Japanese word. After all that we went to the classes. In my math class we weren't aloud to wear shoes. We took them off in front of the door and put them on the shelf. We had math twice. Once in the morning and once at the end of the day. Some classes the teachers gave us work to do. I really didn't  understand because it was all in Kanji. After school was done we stayed for clubs. CGS students made mochi and it tasted great.
